Privacy Policy

Who we are

PropAI PH is software that lets a real estate broker in the Philippines connect their own Facebook Page so that inquiries from prospective buyers receive an automated reply. This policy explains what data PropAI PH receives when it operates a broker's connected Page, and how that data is used.

What we receive

When a person sends a message to a Facebook Page that a broker has connected to PropAI PH, Meta forwards us the message content, the sender's Page-scoped ID (an identifier that is unique to that person and that Page, and cannot be used to look up their Facebook profile), and a timestamp. We do not receive the person's Facebook profile, friend list, email address, or phone number unless they choose to type that information into the conversation themselves.

Why we process it

We use this data solely to:

  • generate an automated reply on the broker's behalf,
  • pass the inquiry along to that broker, and
  • show the broker the history of their own Page's conversations.

What we do not do

  • We do not sell data to any third party.
  • We do not use conversation content to target advertising.
  • We do not share one broker's conversations with another broker, or with anyone outside PropAI PH and the broker who owns that conversation.

Retention

We keep conversation data for as long as the broker's account is active, so they can refer back to past inquiries. A broker can request deletion of their account and all associated conversations at any time by contacting us (see below); we will delete that data within 30 days of a verified request.

Your rights

If you are a buyer who has messaged a broker's Page, or a broker using PropAI PH, you can request access to, or deletion of, the data described above by emailing markjanryanico@gmail.com. See also our data deletion instructions.

Legal basis

Because brokers using PropAI PH, and the buyers who message them, are based in the Philippines, our primary legal framework is the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules from the National Privacy Commission.

Changes

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where the change is significant, notify brokers directly.
