Data Deletion Instructions

If you have messaged a Facebook Page connected to PropAI PH, or you are a broker with a PropAI PH account, you can request that we delete your data.

How to request deletion

Send an email to markjanryanico@gmail.com with the subject line "Data deletion request," including:

• the Facebook Page name (if you're a broker) or the name of the Page you messaged (if you're a buyer), and
• any detail that helps us locate your conversation (approximate date, or the phone number/email you may have shared in the chat).

What happens next

We will confirm receipt within 3 business days and complete the deletion — removing the message content and Page-scoped ID associated with your request — within 30 days. Deleting a broker's account removes that broker's profile and all conversations linked to it.
