Can PropAI read my personal messages?▾
No, and not by choice — it's not technically possible. Connecting grants access to messages sent to your Page only. Your personal conversations sit behind a different Facebook permission that PropAI never requests and cannot be granted.
What if buyers message my personal Facebook account?▾
PropAI answers messages sent to your Facebook Page. It cannot read your personal Messenger — Meta doesn't provide any way for an app to do that. If most of your inquiries come to your personal account, create a broker Page and start posting listings there; buyers message the Page, and you keep your personal account private.
Is this compliant with the Data Privacy Act?▾
Yes. We process buyer data only on your instructions as the broker who controls it, we disclose the automated experience at the start of every conversation, and we commit to notifying the NPC and affected people within 72 hours of any breach. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.
Will buyers know it's a bot?▾
It replies naturally, but it doesn't pretend to be you personally, and it never fakes a promise. When someone wants to negotiate or asks something outside your listings, it says so and brings you in.
What if it says the wrong price?▾
It answers only from the listing details you enter — it doesn't invent figures. You set what it may quote, and you can review every conversation. Anything outside those bounds goes to you.
Does the document reader verify a title?▾
No — and we won't claim it does. It reads a photographed title or tax declaration and extracts the details so you don't retype them. Confirming a title is genuine still means a Registry of Deeds check. Anyone selling you automated title verification in the Philippines is overstating what's possible.
Do I need to change how I work?▾
No. Keep posting on Facebook the way you already do. PropAI sits on the inbox you already have — it just makes sure nothing waits four hours for a reply.
