These terms govern a broker's use of PropAI PH. By connecting a Facebook Page to PropAI PH, you agree to them.

Acceptable use

You may only connect Facebook Pages you own or are authorized to manage. You may not use PropAI PH to send unsolicited or promotional messages, to message people who have not first messaged your Page, or in any way that violates Meta's Platform Terms or Messenger Platform policies.

Accuracy of listing information

PropAI PH answers inquiries based on listing information you provide. You are responsible for the accuracy of that information — including price, availability, and property details — and for correcting it promptly when it changes.

Software, not advice

PropAI PH provides software that automates conversation with prospective buyers. It does not provide real estate, legal, or financial advice, and nothing it generates should be relied on as such. You remain responsible for the real estate services you provide to your clients.

Subscription and cancellation

Access to PropAI PH is billed on a recurring subscription basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and we do not provide partial refunds for unused time within a period.

Limitation of liability

PropAI PH is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PropAI PH will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost business, arising from your use of the service.
